  • Plants can Help You Feel Good in the Home

    Aug 28, 18

There's no doubt that PLANTS are beautiful to look at but they’re not only visually appealing, they are good for our health too. Plants release oxygen and absorb carbon dioxide, they freshen up the air and eliminate harmful toxins.

Did you know that houseplants can remove up to 87% of toxins in the air for just ONE day? They improve concentration and productivity, and they can also reduce stress and boost your mood not only in your homes but also in our offices.

Try to put some PLANTS, especially with broad leaves, at your home desk at home and office, they will help regulate humidity and increase levels of positivity. They can help you feel more relaxed and calm when you see greenery and nature.

PLANTS can definitely enhance our everyday life!

Sharing with you a few pointers so you can create a green haven in your homes. It’s easy:
    1. Choose the right plants for an optimal night's sleep.Try Lavender. It is best known for its unique scent. Studies have shown that the scent can reduce stress and anxiety levels, lower blood pressure, as well as moderate heart rate. Other plants such as orchids, succulents, snake plants and bromeliads are perfect plants for the bedroom
    2. Beware of too much sun. Most indoor plants don’t like direct midday sun. There are very obvious warning signs to look out for, such as leaf burn, spotting or sudden leaf-fall. Most plants can be easily rescued, so don’t panic! Often it is a case of not watering them too much, or letting the soil dry out a bit if it is feeling too soggy.
    3. Plants are an easy and gorgeous way to style up your boring space. Put in some succulents or try something big and bold like the gorgeous fiddle leaf fig. You can also have fun with the pots, and display your plants in beautiful ceramic and copper containers.
    4. Some plants like it hot. Bathroom is perfect for air plants and kokedama (Japanese hanging moss ball), as the excess moisture from your daily shower helps those particular plants flourish. If you’re lucky enough to have a sunroom or a super hot room, then fill it with ferns, palms, succulents and cacti as they will love the heat.
Even just one PLANT can instantly transform your home!
